What-If Analysis is a feature in Calc that helps us find different results by changing the values in a formula. Simple Meaning:
It answers the question:
"What will happen if I change this value?" Example: Suppose you sell a book for ₹100 . Quantity = 10 Formula = Price × Quantity Total = ₹100 × 10 = ₹1000 Now change the quantity from 10 to 15 . New Total = ₹100 × 15 = ₹1500 This is called What-If Analysis because you changed one value to see a new result. What-If Scenario Definition:
A What-If Scenario is a saved set of different values. It lets you compare different situations without entering the values again and again. Simple Meaning:
